Always pushing the envelope, ESPN released mid-season an all big ten team and it includes one Husker - Nick Gates at OT. Pretty amazing from an undefeated team to have one offensive tackle on the team.
Some players who I expect to end up on the list by the end of the year are:
- Drew Brown K (the kid they have on there is from Minnesota who is 10-11 so far this year. Not too shabby, but sans a 55 yard attempt, Drew Brown is also perfect. That will be interesting to see unfold.
- Jordan Westerkamp WR - The untimely injury hurts his season numbers, but I think he'll have some big games against big opponents to work his way back onto this list.
- Kalu CB - He is playing as well as anyone in the defensive backfield. Unfortunately for him, the other guys listed are also amazing.
