Sort of off topic -- Nolan Hoffman, Logan Foster, Michael Helman, and now Max Anderson. Can't guarantee any of these kids wanted to wear the "N", but losing this talent to the SEC is embarrassing but understandable - given the profile of that conference vs. ours. And then there is this....
I am at a dinner last night and sit next to the parent of a Nebraska HS standout baseball player with offers from the SEC, PAC10 & B1G, including Nebraska. According to the parent Erstad guaranteed the kid would always have an offer. Then, he gets hurt and Erstad pulls the offer. Kids rebounds from injury and is moving on to legit historical powerhouses. Kid wanted to go here. He's a stud. Made me about vomit and had to share. Take it all FWIW.
