Hadn't really viewed a good breakdown of early recruiting. Wanted to go back to Bill C since it was considered a strength of his staff...I know people are committing earlier these days but data is still data, so take it with a grain of salt.
These are commits up to 4/21/year (I gave at least one more to BP, 4/22 commit dj jones IIRC. (N) designates in state prospect.
I left off the first year the coach was hired, didn't think that was really fair just because a month or two of extra time can make a solid difference. ENJOY!

2005: 0
2006: 2 commits (4 star (n), 3 star (N))
2007: 1 commit (4 star(N))
BP
2009: 1 commit (3 star(N))
2010: 2 commit (4 star (N), 3 star)
2011: 5 commits (4 4 stars (1N), 1 3 star)
2012: 1 commit (3 star)
2013: 1 commit (4 star (N))
2014: 1 commit (3 star (N))
MR
2016: 1 commit (4 star)
2017: 7 commits (4 4 stars, 3 3 stars (1N))
Summary:
Callahan: average of 1 commit, 3 .66 avg all from Nebraska
BP: average of 1.83 commits, 3.54 avg, 5/11 from Nebraska
Riley: average of 4 commits, 3.625 avg, 1/8 from Nebraska
Also interesting that in this time period we only had 2 early QB recruits Armstrong and Gebbia. POB was the next closest.
I feel we are trending in the right direction...give me more kool-aid, or scotch
