Dylan Raiola is in Nebraska right now.
Raiola is in town on a family visit this weekend to see his uncle (OL coach Donovan Raiola), alongside his dad Dominic and brother Dayton Raiola – a QB in the 2026 class with a Nebraska offer.
We are in the middle of a dead period until Tuesday (Feb. 28) but with Donovan on staff, Dylan is not restricted by the same recruiting calendar rules as most high school athletes. He can make a visit to see family as long as it’s on his own dime, but he can’t visit with any Nebraska coaches other than Donovan.
It will be interesting to see if the Raiolas make an appearance at tomorrow’s MBB game against Minnesota. Just something to keep an eye on.
Nebraska continues to be a serious contender for the five-star QB and No. 1 overall player in the country.
Once again though, as I’ve been saying all along, there is a long way to go here. This family visit and the upcoming visit March 25 does not make him a lock to Nebraska. Georgia, USC and others remain heavily in the mix as well. Be excited, but take a deep breath.
