How many people do you know use plates from their hometown to get their vehicles licensed or an Iowa PO box? I had a friend that licensed his pickup in Iowa by getting a PO Box over there and a driver license in Iowa just to avoid paying the ridiculous cost of registering a vehicle here and the wheel tax. What is the fine if you get caught?
