First of all I hope Tommy is alright and can finish out his senior year. However I'm very disappointed with this game and the overall effort given by the players. This feels like a Pelini prime time game again. This team is still a a few years away.

1st thing: Build depth on Offensive line: it is complete garbage. If you can't run the ball in the Big 10 you can't win

2nd: Build depth on the D line: The lack of pass rushers is severely hurting this team. I believe we have very good corners and safeties but when you can't put any pressure on the QB it puts way too much pressure on the secondary

3rd: QB play: I give credit to Tommy for giving it his all every game but he wasn't recruited to be passing this much. He is a hell of a competitor but I'm excited to see what this offense looks like with a QB that can make all the throws

I still believe in this staff(with the exception of Bruce Read) and the players and will support them 100%. We just need to give them a little more time
