Well of course first of all he said when Frost played in the Big 8..I'm pretty sure Nebraska was in the Big 12 in 1997.

He said Scott got to Nebraska and realized that Nebraska had fallen behind re: nutrition/S&C

Said he thinks Frost can get Nebraska competitive again in a couple of years.
