Yep, if it's clear that the coaches are all in, the players will be as well. Maybe these recent hires are kind of a final clearing of the cobwebs for the program. That would be nice. As a teacher myself, I can attest that passion is infectious and aids in learning. If you're excited about what you teach, students tend to get excited as well.
Agree and I don't think that necessarily means jumping up and down. One of my best teachers was a high school physics teacher who was a very reserved, quiet guy. However, his passion and excitement for physics came through via understated mannerisms, the shine in his eyes, his reverent smile when looking at a chalkboard full of equations. Now that I think about it, TO was passionate and excited about football, but not what I would call a high-energy guy. Different strokes....That would be nice. So you see Bob fielding a defense that will allow Badger running backs to run for a quarter mile?Bo Pelini 2.0
To be determined on the defense, but I think it will be good. Bo was a good D Coordinator. This guy has a bit of crazy in him, a little bit thin skinned (See ConFLiCT trophy thing) but much better looking hair. I expect him to be quite successful, so my comparison to Bo, is not coming from a negative place. He's an upgraded Bo, maybe. lolSo you see Bob fielding a defense that will allow Badger running backs to run for a quarter mile?
His defense would seem to be a good fit for competing the B1G.To be determined on the defense, but I think it will be good. Bo was a good D Coordinator.
