So Darnay wants to go to Ohio State but his parents say no. They want him to go to USC because of proximity and he can become the next Star Trojan. Sitting in 3rd place our beloved Cornhuskers. Darnay does not really want to come here but his parents are saying this is the only place you can go if you leave Cali.
Whatever happened to letting a kid make his own decision. I hope I am wrong for Darnay's sake but I see this kid having some issues early on because he is being "placed" rather then making his own decision. It is just an unfortunate situation even if he does become a Cornhusker which I hope he does.
