The new transfer rules are going to slow some of that down. I also think there probably aren’t many P5 ADs and Presidents who are as desperate as CU was and willing to put up with his BS.

Whoever the AD was that scheduled the two CU games was an idiot. We know the history of that fan base — and they were at their worst again — and yet he thought it would be a swell idea scheduling them. And now we can add in the first time I ever remember an opponent coach ripping us after his team performed a beatdown on us.

If you know anything about Colorado football, you are aware that they are one of the most poorly funded teams out there. The University brass and the fans simply do not give a shit. It’s something to do while waiting for Sunday to come around when the cheating donkeys play.
Deion knows this. CU is good for his résumé. I think he also knows he is a college coach, because his nonsense will get laughed out of the NFL. I can see him with the Gators in two years

Deion is a shameless self promoter who is making a fortune off his kid. CU and Deion would suck bigtime without Shadeur. Shadeur on the other hand would be a star without papa.
Deion just got his whole team his designer sunglasses. Like him or not, he’s a marketing genius. Every high schooler in the country now wants a pair and his players just got an expensive gift.
What Deion is successfully doing is making it look like fun to be at Colorado. That will have a huge impact on the transfer portal and recruiting.

It’s gonna be awkward if he kicks off too many players that he recruited himself because they arent good. He will somehow spin it though, so it aint his fault.
