I have NOT given him much credit to now, and still hate his in game actions and management... BUT...

And by "IT" I mean making smart decisions... aka... "THEM".

COACHES:
I was leary on the amount of time he's taken to lock up the staff - but I now see what it appears he was doing.
OC move was smart, a very MATURE and confident man with recent and strong success... Who attracts good looking QB's...
RB coach that brings a great RB with him... (looking good there)
WR coach in early to get traction and is the DeColdest guy around... (MJ is making some waves, let's see what else he can do)
Busch move is interesting for ST and it's a money play, but he's clearly locked in and the guy...

QB'S:
Smothers has not transeffered, and could be a viable backup or change or pace guy for Whipple.
HH is still here also, and could use more development.
In the meantime, we look good with Purdy to fight for backup spot...
And Casey Thompson is looking to be N now as well... and would be the leader to start...

Frost and CO may have just upgraded all of the following:
OC, WR, RB, OL coaches
ST coach (a real one, on the field)
Recruiters
All ST specialist players
QB room dramatically
WR room got a little cooler, dare I say, DeCooler...
and perhaps RB room as well now...

The only question remains at OL for me, but I'm a big believer that Austin's system required TOO MUCH from college kids. It could be an upgrade just getting Raiola's system in.

Think back to late November - If I'd have told you ALL of this would happen, you'd think I was smoking crack!!!!!
