If it happens, and I sure hope it does, that's bad news for Spence.
I bought (and sold) and bought again, a Russian bank stock right before "the war"
I made a quick buck the first time but NOW, I can't sell what I own because of "the war"...even though if I could I would more than 4X my investment...
That really sucks, I feel your pain! Mine is $mmtlp and it's been frozen for 116 days after FINRA U3 halted it 2 days before trading was supposed to stop and it was going to become a private company. I got most of my shares as a result of the torchlight/Meta material merger in June 2021 and it's been nothing but a shitshow ever since. It was going to make me money guaranteed on those shares even if the other half of the trade - $mmat hasn't turned out well so far as it has really gotten hammered by short sellers since Dec. 22. It's been the most frustrating experience of my life to be so close to life changing money and then have it be ripped away.

All I can say is FINRA and the SEC have really dropped the ball and I no longer have faith in the US stock market. It's the Gamestop debacle on steroids.
