Does anyone have experience with these? I'm getting close to retirement & going to be branching out. Not a used one that I need to retrofit. I'm thinking "Sparkys Wing Wagon". Wings, mini tacos(chicken & pork) & potato rounds as a side. Bottled pop, water & iced tea. What are you experiences with these over the road trailers. I'm thinking a 16-18' gooseneck. 2-50 lb, 4 basket quick recovery self cleaning fryers. A 23' frig & a 23' freezer, griddle, hood system & 3 compartment sink. Thoughts.
