About 2/3 of the way into the segment former Bama QB Greg McElroy and former OL DT Dusty Dvorak discussing Steve Spurrier's comment about whether the SEC or really too many teams are passing too much. Spurrier I guess says there's an epidemic in playcalling too much passing
McElroy says there is an offensive line epidemic where he said there are no really great offensive lines today. OL Development is at a stalemate due to increase in spread offenses in HIgh schools
Dusty said he had to go against Eric crouch and the triple option of Nebraska but that was a different era
Dusty then said the hardest thing to go against against a team that is balanced. If you can run well and pass well, you keep defense on its heels and that's the hardest thing to stop as a defense. You don't know what's coming next.

DD said spurrier is right you want to be 50-50. But Most of the SEC teams still do run more than pass. 9 of the top 10 teams ran more than they passed although they were close to 50-50.
Clemson, national champ, was the only one last year who threw more than they ran. But it was 51-49
