I think we are going to see better results because of the cohesiveness that this staff has with each other. It is an entire staff that wants to coach together and will have stayed together as an entire staff now for the third straight season. I believe that because of this, the staff is going to be on the same page and they will understand what the overall goals are, and how to achieve them.
I believe that previous staffs since the Solich era have never had a full buy-in from the entire staff. I know this is all probably pretty obvious stuff, but I really believe we have a lot of good talent on the team, but messages in the past have been mixed because of the nature of the way the previous staff coached the entire team.
Overall, I feel like everyone understands their job and what they have to do to accomplish their job and position. I hope that this is the case and we start seeing winning football again this fall. GBR!
