Got your attention:
Does Scott pull double duty and coach his bowl game. If he continues to win out, (and I believe he does,) then wins his Championship game on 2 December, he would be headed to a New Years Six Bowl appearance.
But, he is then announced as the new Head Coach of Nebraska on 3 December.
Will he continue to coach UCF, all the way up to his bowl (which is projected to be the Peach Bowl in Atlanta vs Georgia on 1 Jan 2018? That might be ugly - basically a home game for Georgia (2 hours away from the GA Campus).
My hope is UCF says no and they appoint a interim head coach and eliminates any thought for Scott to try to do double duty. Get on with recruitment. Secure what we have and get a 12 more.
