The man is worth every penny we invest in him. I have seen a few people that are asking what can we do to keep him. Truth is I dont think he is going to move on.
We are a blue blood program and have the sports science lab, academic support sytems, top of the line facilities, and are on our way to being one of the tops programs again. We have slipped but if you look at the way our staff has developed players, recruited, and professionalism it is not hard to think we wont be a top 10 caliber program.
He is already a top paid wr coach. He owns wideouts as his profession and I think a college wr coach is his dream job. I dont feel like he has ties to any program so its not like he has a dream school to work for. Also he will see a title and money increase in the next 5 years or so, if not sooner.
Our 6-7 record makes it imapossible to say we are back.....but you look at how things are developing and its hard to not see a bright future.
