Be cool too see Nebraska next year in their alternate uniform game wearing a chrome Red helmet similar to what Louisville and Iowa State are wearing today in their bowl games.

There is nothing on the helmet. A white strip and a N we have on our field would look good with those.
Not if we wear white jerseys and white pants.
What about shiny scarlet chrome pants or a similar kit that we did when we had the all white alternate?

Yeah, the chrome deal is probably a chrome base with a translucent red topcoat, would be hard to pull off on fabric.
Actually, I kind of like the Lil Red look, and I am one of the HO uniform nazis. But it would depend on the game. If NU kicked a$$ in the game it would be demoralizing for the other team. But is NU got boatraced, the unis would come off as silly as hell.
Chrome looks terrrible.
Louisville looks like some crap xfl or gaudy team from any given sunday.
