Murray State +50 at Missouri

Huge longshots virtually never win, but they cover more than people think.
Example: +55.5 covered 4 of 5 games, +52 covered 5 of 6 games, +48.5 covered 10 of 15, +46 covered 10 of 15 games.

There are even bigger spreads that the +50 that you posted.

Have been thinking about playing PSU -1.0 v. W. Va, UNLV +1 .5 v. Houston, and So. MIss + 26.5 v. Ky, but am going to wait and see how Rutgers, Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado do tonight to see if what I think is happening this year, continues.

**Edited* I either need my keyboard of my eyes checked cause PSU opened at -10.0 v. W Va and not -10. The spread is now -8-5 so I will pass.

I hear you. A few years ago the Eagles and Giants were playing on a Sunday. I walked in and the game was going so I sat down to watch and opened my app to look at some bets. Eagles were just marching down the field and the lines were so stupid. I wind up putting like $150 down thinking I'm stealing money. I couldn't believe the 1st half lines I was getting. Turns out the actual game hadn't kick off yet and I was watching the NFL Channel replay. I about shit my pants....later that day I hit damn near every bet I put in but I was a nervous bastard

Not really a gambling take here, but it looks like Coastal Carolina is gonna be really good again this year. Thay were a +3.5 underdog to a good Jacksonville State team and totally drilled them by 4 tds.
Of course Jacksonville State is coached by Rich Rodriguez and his teams tend to start to derail after he's been there awhile. He should have stayed at West Virginia.

Tim Beck, former OC at NU, Ohio St, Tx and NC State may have found his groove as their Head Coach.

I actually just got back from the Sportsbook and neither Tennessee or So Mississippi are on their betting sheets. So I cobbled together the other 3 teams in a parlay. Damn.

I got MSU -13

Tampa, turns out you should have made that bet. The first leg of my 3 team parlay was taking MSU and giving -13. At halftime, with MSU up 16-3, despite MSU having 2 turnovers and a boatload of penalties, I thought they would cover. They get shut out in the second half as they totalled 4 turnovers in the game and 11 penalties for about 125 yards.

I don't think their QB, Chiles, is any good and doesn't take care of the ball. Agree with others in another thread, MSU has some dirty play mofos on defense. Since they cost me my parlay, my only regret is they didn't get beat outright. LOL

Over 2 nights I watched UNC vs. Minny, MSU v. FLa Atlantic and WIscy v. W. Michigan, all three were close games but snoozefests. So many teams in the Big Ten play such boring ass football.

Yeah okie state sucked early last season. I think they come out more focused this year pull away at the end - similar to what whisky did

MSU had a 16 point lead in the 2nd quarter that would have covered the spread, but even then they didn't look very good.

I actually lucked out that the other two games I wanted to play weren't on the sheet yet, or MSU would have tanked 3 parlays instead of one. LOL

I had told kong in a private message that I probably wasn't gonna bet anything for a couple weeks to see how things were playing out, but wagered anyway. I likely got what I deserved. LOL
