Good God. My daughter asked her 2nd grade class what they wanted to be when they grew up and 7 said “student athlete”. It’s a career now - or can be.

It’s a big world guys. There are QB’s other than guys that have previously failed at Nebraska.
He quit because he had no confidence in himself.
Based on what? He didn’t even stick around for any practices to compete and find out. CT was coming off surgery, did he really think a new staff wouldn’t go get another QB?
Comparing the only Nebraska QB who has beaten Iowa in the last 9 years to Betts is laughably stupid. It would be a genius move to have this guy in the QB room next season.

He transferred before that. We would have won 8 games with a healthy Casey.
These guys with 7 years of eligibility will be collecting Social Security by the time they graduate.
I'd throw him some money just to push the young guys for a year. He wins he gets to start, he loses he gets paid. The NFL isn't interested.

in 2022 Casey had a couple guys to throw to, He may have struggled with this year's receiving corps.
Six, I believe. He was MSU’s QB his Freshman year when they played us in Frost’s first season and Northern Illinois QB for our game this year.
And in some games - having trouble getting guys open - he sure the hell couldn’t have run it.
Did you watch our QBs this year? I agree no Trey Palmer but a much better running game.
I hope he goes to Iowa so Ferentz can ask him why he transferred so much. Because he's just got to know these things.
