So, I'm not trying to stir the pot or piss anyone off (which is inevitable, I know), but I have a serious question that I'd like to get everyone's opinion on.
It's obvious this staff can recruit, I'm blown away and as excited as anyone about finally having talent on par with the big dogs. My question is this:
Once the cupboards are full of talent, does this staff possess the A) knowledge to develop players into superstars, and B) the playcalling ability to beat a top playcaller in big games?
I'm pumped to see what Diaco can do, but I've been less than impressed at times with some of Lang's playcalling the last couple years. (possibly because of TA)
So, can this staff really take us all the way, not just in recruiting?
