1. Penalties? With new coaches and scheme, I'm hoping it gets better, but don't expect it to be good for a while.
2. Depth- LB and DE- Between Bo's crappy roster management and injuries don't see this problem getting fixed this year.
3. Pass Defense- I think they will move guys around in secondary that's one area we have a lot of depth at, but don't see us getting much better this year. One big problem is lack of pass rush and until we can find more Randy Gregory's we won't fix that. I feel this type of defense will always be weaker against the pass, but when you have 2 DE's that can pass rush that will help make a difference.
4. Lack of ability to run the ball against better schools. Don't see this happening this year. Not real impressed with this years line, and need Newby to get a lot more aggressive.
I predict we get better as a team throughout the season and be a solid team, just fear our weaknesses will hold us back from beating top teams like Northwestern, Iowa, and Michigan ST.
