He could fit somewhere as a role player I would think. He's sneaky good when he is on. If Banton and McGowans can do it I would Imagine Brice can....I kind of think he can.....

He's a calm and cool character. Not sure what was going on over that 6 game stretch, regardless the team plays with a lot more confidence when Brice is clicking.Frankly I love the kid... clutch, team oriented, can defend
Fred figured out that during the six game losing streak that Brice was standing out on the wing too much and not utilizing his skills. Rollie was out at the point too often with the ball in his hands not penetrating enough nor was he a 3 pt. threat. Now against man-to-man defenses Fred wants Brice with the ball in his hands to either penetrate to the rim, hit the 3 over the top because he has the length to get off the perimeter shot. Plus his passing abilities on our big's pick and rolls and other teammates back cuts to the rim have been really effective. Let's hope those things keep working over the next 8 conference games to get us in the NCAA.He's a calm and cool character. It just feels like a night and day change. When things are working the offense is in motion and when it's not working everyone (offense and defense) is just standing basically in one spot watching Rollie dribble around. I'm not a basketball expert but at times I'm yelling at the TV "SOMEONE MOVE!"Fred figured out that during the six game losing streak that Brice was standing out on the wing too much and not utilizing his skills. More of a euro/asia player if he wants to continue his careerNot sure about Brice in the NBA. On the one hand it's hard to say no, but on the other hand his size and skills are a dime a dozen at that level.

Brice has been a better college player than Banton or McGowans. That much is obvious. Those other two specialized in filling up stat sheets and losing games. He could fit somewhere as a role player I would think. He's sneaky good when he is on. Had Bryce McGowans spent 5 years playing in college he would be at a lot higher level of play than Brice Williams is today.Brice has been a better college player than Banton or McGowans. That much is obvious. Those other two specialized in filling up stat sheets and losing games.
With the NBA game being played the way it is now and the way the game is called, there are guys who get called up from the G League and score 20-30 points. You don't have to even be a "good" NBA player to do that anymore. Lots of guys capable of driving to the basket & drawing fouls. Casting up long range shots.... Bottom line- Williams could be in a teams eight man rotation & average close to 10 ppg, or be completely out of the league next year.
That is a fact. He was raw.Had Bryce McGowans spent 5 years playing in college he would be at a lot higher level of play than Brice Williams is today.
