Cam Chick

Put me in the category of people who were pretty disappointed with Chick early on, but man oh man has he been good lately.

In conference he's batting .350 with an OPS of 1.219 and a league leading OBP of .594 (holy smokes). He's got a league leading 18BB (2nd place is 13BB) and 6HBP (2nd place, lead is 8HBP).

I imagine if you add his midweek those numbers would be even better.


Hats off, he's proving to be a really decent leadoff man.

Ya, he's been incredible. I was super hard towards him and gladly eat the bird shit that's deserved. More impressive though is his defense. He was pretty bad prior to this season, and he's turned a 180 there.
