The Huskers pulled out game one in just over an hour as starter Emmett Olson tossed his second career complete game with seven innings of one-run ball to lead Nebraska to a 2-1 victory. Colonel starter Tyler Theriot went the full six innings for Nicholls and limited the Husker offense to a pair of runs on seven hits.
