Debating on buying my first boat but so many people told me the two best times to own one is the day you buy it and the day you sell it. Pontoons are great for kids, people can stand up, dive off, etc. Problem is the depreciation and use. If you take it out 5-6 weekends a year and have to pay storage, is it worth it? Renting one for a day costs as much as a monthly payment or two. Love to hear your perspective. TIA
