I had an idea pop up in my head today. Let me know if you think this would be a good idea or bad idea. What if the players who earned blackshirts in practice also earned a blackshirt skull-and-bones sticker on the back of their helmet. I know our helmets are classics and carry so much tradition that shouldn't be messed with. But do any of you think this would be cool? I think it could spice up competition even more then earning a blackshirt for practice already does. It wouldn't be multiple skull and bones for every great play made, rather just one cool sticker on the back of the helmet to represent the blackshirts on the playing field.
