Not trying to stir anything up but was BD coach Riley's call or SE's? My only concern in reading everything is, is coach being forced to make moves by BD a la what a GM in the NFL might do to a head coach or is coach Riley firmly in control of the program and having BD as a confidant? I read an NFL article in which they talked about how truly disfunctional most organizations are because coaches and management can't get along or get on the same page. Hopefully coach Riley is being able to do the things he wants to do and BD is here as a very valuable trusted asset. Do love that we seem to be operating like a big boy program with our organization and staff! GBR!
