10am: Game 7 - Minnesota vs. Northwestern
1:30pm: Game 8 - Nebraska vs. Iowa
5pm: Game 9 - Indiana vs. loser of Game 7
8:30pm: Game 10 - Maryland vs loser of Game 8

Interesting. They had announced they Nebraska will play at 9am no matter what, wonder what changed.

I think the early game was in our favor since Iowa had just played

They probably didn't want the loser of Neb-Iowa sitting through 2 other games before having to play again.
Edit: that's what I heard in the stadium.

For one thing they only had 2 games scheduled for Friday. Since they only could get in 3 games today and yesterday it makes the most sense to play 4 games tomorrow.
