On the blocked punt, wasn't the correct call a false start? So that would be a dead ball foul and they just back up Alabama 5 yards. So there could not then be a blocked punt. Also, the guy who ran into the punter never touched the ball. It was blocked after the punter was run into resulting in the ball being low and hitting a different Bama player. Not sure how that would be ruled. Doesn't matter it should have been a deal ball foul.

Probably not a dead ball foul in that instance. I believe the two players who were moving were in the backfield, so they are allowed to move as long as one of them gets re-set before the ball is snapped. I think the right call would have been an illegal shift (two players in motion at the snap), which the refs can't flag until the ball is snapped.
