Michigan State (2-5)

Games for Tuesday, February 27
Wagner at Rutgers
Cornell College at Iowa
North Dakota State at Minnesota

Next Nebraska Game - Friday, March 2
Nebraska at Wichita State (3:00 p.m.)

Indiana staking it's claim at top of the standings.
Since it's season opening loss to Oklahoma,
the Hoosiers have not looked back.
Indiana has a 4 game series @ a REAL good 7-2 San Diego.

Purdue's only loss is to Notre Dame
who they turned around and beat the Irish the next day.
Boilermakers head to Florida for an invitational
where Sunday they play an equally hot Stetson team.

Both the Boilermakers and Hawkeyes
are catching some national eyeballs were their fast starts.
Hawkeyes play a 3 game series @ a very good 4-1 UAB next.

Minnesota in each of their 5 wins have scored 9+ Runs.
Only loses are to teams with 'Georgia' in their name
- Georgia Tech & Georgia State
Gophers have a couple warm up games before hosting
their own Pac12/B1G challenge w/UCLA, Wasington and Arizona.

Looking at Nebraska and Ohio St at 5-3
both have 2 loses each to Oregon St.
Huskers @ Buckeyes series is looking better
that Friday game will be on BTN, while the other games on Plus.
Buckeyes have a huge game Saturday with Southern Miss.

Illinois is starting to get warmed up
wins over Coastal Carolina and VCU put the Illini in the .500 club.
They next travel to Minneapolis
to participate in the Pac12/B1G Challenge.

While 8th and final B1G team to make the .500 or better club,
Penn St has found itself on a 3 game losing streak.
3 game series @ 2-5 UC Santa Barbara could turn things around.

Maryland got hot middle of their 3rd game
to avoid being swept by Army.
Maryland has a midweek game with VCU
but then head to SC to face Redford, Ball St and Coastal Carolina.

Northwestern has not been swept yet.
Wildcats travel to Austin
with a 4 game series with the Longhorns.

Rutgers comes off a disappointing loss from Boston College
to beat Wagner to better their record to 3-4 Tuesday.
Up next for the Scarlett Knights
is a 3 game series @ Old Dominion (3-4)

Michigan is having having growing pains.
Playing next in a 4 game series @ an elite 8-0 Stanford team
might not help matters much,
but the Wolverines have to wake from hibernation eventually.

Speaking of waking up
after 5 straight opening loses
the Spartans are on a 2 game winning streak.
Perfect timing...
as they are the 3rd B1G team to be heading to Minneapolis
to play in that other Pac 12/B1G Challenge.

Go B1G
