+1. Abdul's interview was outstanding.Segment 4 with Abdul Muhammad really got to me. Abdul's mom didn't want him to go to Nebraska. But Tom Osborne told him and his mom, "I'm gonna take care of you like you're my own son, and he told my other Husker brothers the same and he meant that. And did that's what he did." It infuriates me whenever I see people bagging on TO. This has nothing to do with TO's decisions as athletic director. This is about him as a coach and mentor. It really gets me going when I scroll through ESPN's Facebook post about LP and see the comments I saw yesterday. I am on the side that TO gave structure to not just LP's life with football, but all the other players too on his teams. We all know LP did bad things. But people need to understand that TO did what he could for LP. Tough show this morning for DB and Abdul. Very raw emotion.
