So what do they do with the balloons if Nebraska doesn't score?

They should get a big bundle ready and make Riley hold them until we score. Maybe playing with the red balloons during the game would distract him and give us a chance to win.

If we don't score, we can collect all of them from the stadium, and float Riley back to Oregon State.

Release them midway through the second quarter as they are leaving the stadium to go home
