terrible takeAnd that's why he played in the Summit League for 4 years and couldn't get a scholarship offer to our piss poor excuse of a program until he was a 24 year old senior. Griesel cost them the game and the NIT tonight.

Worst post of the season. Congrats. And that's why he played in the Summit League for 4 years and couldn't get a scholarship offer to our piss poor excuse of a program until he was a 24 year old senior. Griesel cost them the game and the NIT tonight.
Those were two amazingly f*^ked up calls that will again cost us the game. Those calls smacked of the refs just looking to call anything on the Huskers in those possessionsback to back offensive fouls in crunch time
same thing happened 5x vs sparty
Two coaches trying to out-bad each other. Just mind-numbing both ways.Stupid as **** timeout. Now you just miss on purpose.
like another poster said, it wasn't just those, it was the foul on the 3 as the shot clock expired & it was his kid's foul 80 feet from the hoop that made the differenceThose were two amazingly f*^ked up calls that will again cost us the game. Yeah, I'm out on Fred. You can't play that bad in post season play to an 8-21 team. Their only good player fouled out 5 minutes into the 2nd half. Griesel drove the team into the ground tonight. Fred's gotta go.Fred needs to be let go.. most of the players are done ... time to start new... horrible loss
Yea I mean when it’s one possession you can blame any one play for the loss. Refs had two of em, of which we can do nothing about. We got some calls our way too though. Ultimately it was that the ball stopped moving for us in the second half. Not sure how Fred doesn’t get that fixed at SOME point during an entire half.like another poster said, it wasn't just those, it was the foul on the 3 as the shot clock expired & it was his kid's foul 80 feet from the hoop that made the difference
I’d be for that. But he’s probably going to Mississippi.F it. Go hire Chris Beard

posts like these are why psychology is so interesting.I'll blame Fred all day for taking 4 years to figure out anything in the B1G. If he were to be fired I wouldn't blink. But that ain't happening, and had this flawed group playing their asses off. Minnesota played their best game of the year and this result doesn't surprise anyone that was actually paying attention. Looking forward to the next game.
Yeah but the defensive effort in the first half was crap. Cooper could just feed it to anyone he wanted like a QB in a 7 on 7 drill. Finally started playing D about 5 minutes into the second half.Minnesota had abnormally great shooting today. The Nebraska curse. They hadn't shot nearly that well all season.
Good god I hope that wasn’t their best game of the year. They played “ok” defense but we made it easy for them in the second half. I’ve never seen so many passes thrown 3 feet over a guy’s head, not even in my rec league. They’re terrible.I'll blame Fred all day for taking 4 years to figure out anything in the B1G. My worst post is still better than your best.Worst post of the season. Congrats.
It had been clicking the past month more often than not. Offense looked great against Iowa.you mean during an entire tenure?
Says the guy that hates Sam Griesel. No arguing with that stroke of genius. My worst post is still better than your best.

Well, you did have the worst ref crew in the B10.Those were two amazingly f*^ked up calls that will again cost us the game. Those calls smacked of the refs just looking to call anything on the Huskers in those possessions
Many? There were fans that wanted to keep him? Fred's incompetence is the only thing that could make Miles look good by comparison. We need better than either one of them. And many fans couldn't wait to get rid of Miles.
This is the best Nebrasketball team I've ever watched! Do we have some sort of winning basketball tradition I'm not aware of? Makes it harder to recruit the better players.I can't believe this year's been good enough for some (most?)
fred's a disgrace. he is incredibly lucky moos extended him because he hasn't earned shit
you're either 7 years old or you haven't been watching much NU hoopsThis is the best Nebrasketball team I've ever watched! Do we have some sort of winning basketball tradition I'm not aware of? Makes it harder to recruit the better players.
Fred built this team after losing 2 starters! He's building something here. Just needs to recruit a legitimate center/inside game. Even so, we were able to free up some guys in the paint for easy baskets.
Loved the ball movement and the defense was also good considering we usually have 1-2 smaller guys on the court.
I think we should receive a NIT bid. This team is fun to watch!
When was the last time we had a coach that was consistently successful? Many? There were fans that wanted to keep him? Fred's incompetence is the only thing that could make Miles look good by comparison. We need better than either one of them.
Danny Nee, or never, depending on how you define that term. No one since has been even close to consistently successful. When was the last time we had a coach that was consistently successful?
