Elite - Title Contenders - tOSU

Great- Playoff Contenders - Oregon, Penn St

Good - Major Bowl Games, Ranked or receiving votes - Indiana, Illinois, Washington, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, USC, Rutgers

OK - Bowl Game - Maryland, Minnesota, Wisconsin

Bad - Losing season - Purdue, Northwestern, UCLA, Michigan State

A lot of competitive games among those in the good tier, some will lose and drop to the ok, but not sure if anyone will step up and be a legit playoff contender.
