Hello folks, I'm back at the impressive Charles Schwab Field for the second round of the 2023 Big Ten Tournament as No. 1 Maryland (38-19) takes on No. 4 Nebraska (32-21-1) with a berth in the semifinals on the line. A win today would give the victorious team a big boost in reaching the championship final on Sunday as it would require them to lose two games on Saturday to be knocked out.

Nebraska is coming off the heels of a roller coaster win over No. 5 Rutgers Wednesday afternoon as a six-run seventh inning paved the path for a victory thanks to 1.2 shutdown innings from Will Walsh to close it out. Gabe Swansen and Charlie Fischer each belted three-run homers with Swansen's coming during that six-run seventh that put the Huskers ahead for good.
