So, it's a great sign of coaching and leadership that the team is still fighting after most of it's preseason goals are gone.
Some things of concern:
- Langsdorf needs to learn to call the 4th Quarter as if he's winning;
- TA needs to take fewer deep shots;
- Our pass defense is the worst I think I've ever seen at DoNU
Great things:
- Minnesota's defense and secondary are legit, and they were torched today;
- Newby is seeing the cutback lanes much better;
- DeMornay Pierson-El is a gamechanger;
The best thing:
The haters are quiet tonight. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
Could not agree more about Langsdorf. I thought he was calling a GREAT game, right up until the fourth quarter started off. Then he got pass happy again.
