Dan Fisher, Pittsburgh
- Fisher becomes the first coach from Pittsburgh to be named AVCA Division I National Coach of the Year
- He earns the award after leading his 2024 squad to a 33-1 record and a fourth-straight NCAA Championship semifinal appearance
- His team moved to the top spot in the AVCA/TARAFLEX Coaches Poll the second week of the regular season and held that spot the rest of the way
- The Panthers were tabbed as the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Championships for the first-time ever
- Three of his players earned 2024 AVCA First Team All-America honors, which was the most of any team
- Fisher is just the eighth head coach with a winning percentage over .800 in his first 10 seasons of Division I women's volleyball

Brian Rosen, Creighton
- Rosen's third season on the Creighton staff has been a very memorable one
- He helped the 2024 squad advance to the 2024 NCAA Regional Final, finished with 32 victories, and set a school record for consecutive home wins (currently 28)
- The Bluejays also cracked the top five of the AVCA Coaches Poll for the first time in school history
- In his role at Creighton, Rosen is the recruiting coordinator, works closely with middle blockers and assists in scouting of upcoming opponents
- The program's record in his three seasons is an impressive 88-13
