ATL airport question

I'm headed to the Dolphins/Bills game for the Thursday night game week 2 in September. As a lifelong Dolphins fan it's a bucket list item and even though I live 45 minutes from KC I wasn't going to lose some toes for the playoffs last year. My question is.....how hard is it to navigate the ATL airport? I have a couple of flight options and one has a 30 minute layover in ATL. I randomly heard yesterday Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world. I just wonder if 30 minutes would be enough to find my gate to hit the connecting flight if I've never stopped there. Phins up and rules followed (with a Gifs least.) Thanks.
