4 open spots: OC, QB, RB, OL, (WR or ST?)
My top picks (my opinion, feel free to disagree in replies)

Offensive Coordinator
1.) Kendall Briles (currently: OC/QB Arkansas)
Runs the Briles offense (Spread the field to open up run, Use Tempo to force simple defensive alignments, attack one on ones in space) that has worked everywhere that it has gone. Has a foothold in Texas, which we need to do a better job of recruiting. Has shown that this offense can work with multiple different QBs (Bryce Petty, KJ Jefferson, Seth Russell have all put up huge numbers). Most importantly, his offense SCORES points (32.6 PPG)

2.) Robert Anae (Currently: OC/WR Virginia)
Bronco Mendenhall disciple; has spent over 15 years as his offensive coordinator so might be a tough pull. Coaching veteran who has created potent offenses in a variety of different ways. Had big success at Virginia running a QB-run heavy scheme with Bryce Perkins, then pivoted to a more pass-oriented scheme with his current QB Brennan Armstrong. Offense is similar to our current offense in terms of formations but utilizes more misdirection in the run game and gets receivers across the middle of the field more often in the pass game. Main connections in recruiting seem to be the Utah/California area

3.) Mark Whipple (Currently: OC/QB Pitt)
Coaching Veteran (over 40 years as a coach). Has had success every where he has been and has head coaching experience. Would have more than enough clout/self-confidence to take the reins of the offense and keep Frost focused on other areas (special teams).Likes to air it out, would be more of a pass-heavy scheme but has shown that he can make QBs better (look at how much better Pickett has gotten in the three years working with him).

Offensive Line
1.) John Hevesy (Formerly: OL Coach Florida)
Shouldn't have been fired from his job at Florida, offense's struggles weren't on the O-Line. Has been a successful OL Coach in the SEC since 2009 at Mississippi State up till last week. Knows how to recruit and develop (Derek Sherrod, Gabe Jackson, Justin Senior, Martinas Rankin all got drafted at MSU under him). And can recruit with the big boys down South

2.) Rob Sale (Currently: OL Coach NY Giants)
Did amazing things at University of Louisiana before making the jump to NY Giants. Played under Nick Saban and got his start as a coach under Saban. Recruited and developed 2 draft picks in 3 years at U-L-L (Robert Hunt and Kevin Dotson). Gives us a boost in recruiting with his NFL appeal and experience recruiting in the South

Running Back
1.) Jeff Nixon (Currently: RB Coach/Co-OC: Baylor)
Has a kid on the team which might help us snag him. Texas ties and has had success everywhere he has been at. Has NFL experience and Texas recruiting experience.

2.) Brian Anderson (Currently: RB Coach: Kansas State)
Coaching Veteran (27 years). Has worked his way up the ranks under Jerry Kill. Guy that coached up David Cobb at Minnesota (the guy we couldn't stop). Has Big Ten experience and shows clear rotations with his backs (he'll pick a horse and stick with them).

Special Teams
1/) Bill Busch
