Artificial or Real Christmas Tree?

I was all for the real ones...now I feel like I'm throwing away $100 bucks every year to watch the poor thing slowly die and make a mess on it's way out. Moving to a 9' artificial one this year. Local omaha Company had a hell of a Black Friday deal.

What say you? Real or Fake Tree?
