I am watching Arkansas State playing UCF in 2016 Cure Bowl. ASU started 7 seniors on D (most in the D -line and D-backs). They started 7 seniors on offense. The entire O-line, tight end, a wide receiver and RB. Maybe they did that to honor the seniors in their last game. That's a lot if talent for a team like ASU to replace with only 17, 3 star players on the entire team (two are freshman). There are no 4 stars. ASU's D put a lot of pressure on the UCF QB, but UCF didn't have much of a running game or an O line. Games filled with sloppy play by both teams. UCF had 7 penalties in the first quarter alone. ASU's punter hit a few line drives and that could be a good thing for DPE.
ASU played UCF'S screen and draw plays very well.
All in all, it was a very sloppy game on UCFs part. I don't see anyone on ASU's O-line or D-line that would give us problems. Of course, most of the linemen in this game were seniors.
I say DONO 45, ASU 10
