OK, I know this won’t be well received, but Army should get the 12th spot in the playoffs.

They could easily go toe-to-toe with SMU, Boise State, and Indiana.

Their only loss (weak schedule, mind you) was to Notre Dame.

It ain’t going to happen, but it would be great for the spirit of ol’ college football rather than an 9-3 Alabama team.

Just saying.

I agree. But will never happen. They really crapped the bed vs notre dame. I dont think they are as bad as that game showed, but notre dame is clearly better.

I just hope army gets a bowl against a team from sec or big ten, one of the best non-playoff teams. Would be such a bummer if they get some 7-5 team from the mac or some low conference in the armed forces bowl but thats probably what will happen unfortunately.

They are projected against Georgia tech in the Military bowl.

Amen, Brother!

My favorite game of the year, outside of a Husker/Badger win on any day, is the Army vs Navy game. It brings back a little bit of nostalgia, the joy of playing the best game man invented, in it purest form

Army knows next Saturday, if they beat Navy, they just won their “Natty”.

Lovin’ me some Army Football right now!!!!

Yeah, its just a great game of how football is meant to be played.

The 2017 snow game was one of the top five greatest football games Ive ever watched. Cant believe it was that long ago.

I don't think any three loss team should ever get into the playoffs. At least not as an at large team. Army in the playoffs would be cool, but I feel like these teams with the weaker schedules should either go undefeated or win their conference to get in.

Why? Loser Lane kiffin….no one has gotten more credit for doing less than lane.
They’re a good team. But they make some mysterious mistakes that cost them games. But when they play well they could win it all.

Army has no chance and was beaten very badly.

I don’t think lane has done much and honestly he blew it this year with a really good roster, and some unlucky injuries.

Army got destroyed when matched up against a playoff opponent in Notre Dame. So I disagree, I don't think they deserve to get in. Besides, I wouldn't want them in if they can't knock off Notre Dame.

Their stats last night were amazing: zero penalties, zero turnovers and four out of five fourth down conversions. I would not want to play them

Army won their conference. If they beat Navy next week they’ll be 12-1. Playoff will be decided tomorrow.

And not get drilled 49-7 by Dame late in the year.

I think Lane is completely overrated.

And ... 100 percent completion rate and 345 yards rushing
