Who is getting 1st team reps at LB? Borders, Reimer (is he limited?), Gunnerson (is he playing LB or DE?), Bullock (White recently prasied him)
How about DB? With Buford out, I'm surprised Farmer is with the 2's. Who is getting first team reps at Safety?- Gifford, Hartzog (being moved around), Brown, Wright (is he limited?) Sanford?
CB- If Hartzog is playing saftey, who is getting 1st team reps at the other CB spot? Lynum?
If HH wins the starting job I might go into a darkness retreat. Probably longer than Rodgers. If HH wins the starting job I'm putting Kong on ignore for a week.
Yeah. Three of the other QBs aren’t throwing right now……so there is that.Like I said before: there’s a reason we’re seeing him now more than ever
Get used to it
2 of those 3 are incapable of throwing at their healthiestYeah. Three of the other QBs aren’t throwing right now……so there is that.

The horror!!!!!
I did laughIf you could read minds to judge intent you would have lol'd... and then liked my post.
I don’t think people are actively rooting against HH, are they? Skeptical that he could be the guy, sure. But rooting against him? Don’t know about that.I did laugh
It’s a good post
Others here are actively rooting against Haarberg, which I find absolutely delightful

The best news about this is the competition this breeds. If HH comes out in in the fall and emerges as the starter, he will have earned it and will absolutely be the best man for the position. That’s a good thing.
We have qb #1 who has started at Texas and Nebraska. And did a pretty decent job. Qb #2 started 23 games over 3 seasons at GT.A home grown, 6’5” speedy diamond in the rough develops into a starting quarterback

Casey - a player I like - has never won more than 4 games in a seasonWe have qb #1 who has started at Texas and Nebraska. And did a pretty decent job. Qb #2 started 23 games over 3 seasons at GT.
So if HH, who hasn't played a snap that I'm aware of, is our starter this year then something must be very, very, wrong.
OR the other alternative is that maybe something was wrong with the previous head coaches (Frost and Joseph) in being able to recognize talent. I personally don't care who rises to the top, just be sure whoever that is, it's the guy that can best win games on the field. We have qb #1 who has started at Texas and Nebraska. Experience definitely matters when we open against a good conference opponent on the road. There isn't a break in period this year.Casey - a player I like - has never won more than 4 games in a season
Sims - a player I've watched a lot - has never won more than 3 games in a season
experience is important. but it's not that important.
I definitely acknowledge Frost could have been off on his evaluation but what are the odds 1 head coach, 1 interim HC, and 2 different OC's all missed on even giving him a single snap?OR the other alternative is that maybe something was wrong with the previous head coaches (Frost and Joseph) in being able to recognize talent. the media is inventing that bc of his measurables (inarguably impressive)Why are they talking to HH about moving positions if they think he's a great QB prospect?
No idea. Some qb's are obviously going to leave or switch positions. I don't see CT or Sims going anywhere. So I would imagine he would have to choose between being the 3rd string qb or moving to TE.Why are they talking to HH about moving positions if they think he's a great QB prospect?
I think they have a philosophy of training kids for multiple positions. They may see him as a back up QB candidate but want to get him on the field in another position if/when he's not the active QB. I remember Rhule not long ago saying how fast he was which really surprised me.Why are they talking to HH about moving positions if they think he's a great QB prospect?
Yeah, but HH said they had talked to him about it and that he is open to it. I don't think you even have that discussion if it's not a possibility.the media is inventing that bc of his measurables (inarguably impressive)
coaches like him at QB & both he and they have said as much
Yep…remember what happened last time we put a qb in over a seasoned sr? Things went quite well that year…Casey - a player I like - has never won more than 4 games in a season
Sims - a player I've watched a lot - has never won more than 3 games in a season
experience is important. but it's not that important.
I'll try my best not to disappoint....If HH wins the starting job I'm putting Kong on ignore for a week.
Geez us. NOBODY is “actively rooting against Haarberg”.I did laugh
