Moms having surgery and we are trying to sort through all of this. She will be in the hospital for about a week and then moved to Brookstone for extended care. We are trying to figure out how it will work when she gets home. The surgery is for a brain tumor so even if things go great she will not be able to take care of herself for at least a month. her balance will be way off and she will need someone there with her in the house when my stepfather isn't around. So we want to get some In-Home healthcare for her to help my step-father out. He can't take care of her 24/7. Will wear the poor ole guy out. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciates. I figure someone here has recently gone through this with one of their parents. Thanks in advance. GBR
