Another Kentucky WR is N

Damn I just mentioned not being able to name them all and here u come to the rescue. Salty looking group on paper for sure.

Anybody know if the Jones kid out of KY will start on offense or defense and if offense where at?

I would put that kid at edge and turn him loose like McGahee. 6'5 220. We don't have a hard time finding wr's. Finding pass rushers is tougher. Put him on D.

2? I think Key, Hunter, and Barney are pretty proven.
Key and Barney are

Last cal receiver who was “proven” and came here sucked ass (Noa)

Everyone here laughs at the ACC as a JV league

Hunter racked up a ton of garbage time yards

Far from a finished product

Noa lost some of his speed due to an injury but was still a solid WR for us. 😕

Good to know. Didn't watch Cal.

Meh...I didn't care for him myself. Looked and played very slow. Same thing with Isaiah Garcia. Not sure what happened to him but he looked like he played in molasses last year.

Noa I think had a knee injury that slowed him quite a bit. His bigger problem was as Kong indicated occasional dropped balls. He still even with that was better than most of the guys we had then😕

I'm drunk and a little slow right now but Carter Nelson is a guy that could really factor in next season. I don't think he was quite ready this year but next year could be special. Very excited about that group.

I love the idea of him in that hybrid TE role. A TE that is a home run threat, that could score from anywhere on the field would be amazing.

I've been talking about Haarberg being an interesting weapon, but Carter has even more potential. Both guys 6-5+ and can run like the wind.

Offense last I heard. They had said WR, but I know Mizzou was recruiting him as a TE, and I really like him there. Guys like him and Nelson could be real difference-makers at TE.

My initial thought was defense. But I think one of the main reason he liked Mizzu so much was because they were recruiting him for offense at the TE spot. I THINK Nebraska let him know that he could play offense as well (think I read that somewhere) so it would better the chances.

If he's on offense I could imagine what he could do in that move TE/HB role. We may see some of that from HH this year and Nelson as well.

On defense though could he be the sMe thing the kid from OU is coming in to be. By the time he touched campus he will probably be 6'5ish 220ish pounds and running in the high 4.4s -low 4.5s. Gotta find a place for a guy like thT somewhere.

Will be interesting for sure.

Too bad he burned his redshirt.
Yeah not ideal productivity. Played on ST and helped us out. Looked like he could really help us early but got lost in the shuffle after that. Still a great athlete than can help us.

I wonder how the pavia juco case will effect things. Juco time doesn't affect eligibility.
