Another Boom!...

Are you sure there wasn't any simulation done? If it was me, and I had all the money in the world, like the Nebraska Athletic Dept, I'd be developing a VR experience so even if they visit in Jan the can get an idea of what it'd be like.

Edit: How sweet would be to be able to relive some of the greatest Husker moments in Memorial stadium. What was it like when Notre Dame came to town (it was awesome) or when Crouch caught pass from Stuntz, or trucked the Iowa player.

Hey guy, you wanna really see the the tradition, go to the VR room.

Get on it Nebraska, time to set yourself apart, again.

Just sit them all in a room on folding chairs, pop in a VHS, and project it up on the wall. Winking

Plus two of the JUCO’s were originally from Florida.

This coaching staff was recruiting to UCF and therefore had created many relationships with players in the state of Florida.

I would bet it tapers off a little bit over the years unless they can maintain their relationships well. Recruiting is about relationships. Its hard to move to a new school and then start new relationships and get recruits to sign with you when they hardly know you.

Hopefully they left a lasting impression with the 12-0 UCF season that they can continue to have those relationships with the high school coaches and recruit the state for speed.

If they come on their own dime because I think we will have few/no OVs available until August.
Maybe KJ will fly recruits in on his private jet again????? Wonder what it would take to get Allegiant to offer some 49$ round trip flights from Florida during spring game weekend.:)

Good point, though I imagine many of those early visits will be used on the weekend of the spring game. Hopefully we'll be able to convince some of the early visitors to come back for a game unofficially.

The official visit numbers do not reset until August. I believe Nebraska has about 9 or 10 official visits remaining. If they use them up in Jan/ Feb, they wont have any to use for the spring game. It will be 2020 class before they can "budget" visits for the spring game. Unless of course the powers that be do something to change the recruiting calendar so that the visits reset earlier than August 1.
