Age and pay for new HC (no names)

While names have been tossed around here, and sometimes discussions surround pay and the age the new HC should be, what are people hoping for?

65+ for $10m/year?
55-65 for $11.5m/year?
45-50 for $9m/year?
A young "diamond in the rough" guy for $5m/year?
Age doesn't matter - just backup the truck and pay $15m/year to the right guy?

Nebraska @ 100 MM a year NOT INCLUDING:

- Ticket sales
- Donations both on tickets and earmarks from boosters for improvements in trade for inside information, participation in events, and access to players
- Concessions; soon to include beer.
- Merchandise...all of it
- Skybox rentals

....yeah although I doubt this is going to be the salary, 12 million wouldn't be hurting the Big Red bank account.

Yeah age can matter. In every living thing on earth as it ages it gets slower, weaker, and subject to sudden failure in both body and mind.
