Questions I've asked myself since the firing of SE.
1) In a nutshell what makes a great AD and what made SE fall short?
2) What positive changes will "Joe Public" see from a new AD?
3) If there are no coaching changes why should we think our teams will automatically perform better with a new AD?
4) What did SE do wrong that got him fired? I know there are people upset with the Friday night games and the elimination of the Black Friday game, Riley's secretive extension, and him not being "public" enough. Is this what got him fired or is he a scape goat with how dismal our coaches and athletes are performing across the board at the moment?
5) Do you think the new AD will clean house, and if so how soon?
6) What's the point of firing SE if there are no changes with coaching staffs, etc.? Is it simply because of #4 above??
