Banker seemed like a genuinely good dude. Enjoyed his pressers. Witty as hell. So, I'm sad to see the guy lose his job.

I had a boss a few years back. Was the nicest guy you'd want to meet. Soft spoken. Mild mannered. Took an interest in your life outside the office. But the guy had expectations and you either performed or you were out. No yelling. No micromanaging. If you didn't produce, you were quietly shown the door. And, our business unit flourished. Everyone loved the guy and worked hard for him.
That's Mike Riley in a nut shell. And in the long run, it's going to be what gets this team back to national contention.
